We are all aware of the ongoing issues with the COVID-19/Coronavirus and the challenges it creates for all of us. At SLPM Property Management, the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers is always our priority; we recognize the important role we hold for both owners and residents during this critical time. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus crisis and taking steps to help keep our communities safe. In response, we will be closing our office to the public as of March 16th, 2020. Despite this restriction, we want to assure our owner and tenant clients that we will continue to meet all service levels during this challenge. We will work to keep our clients up-to-date with our operations as this issue evolves.
During this time, we urge you to activate your online portal so you may submit maintenance requests and pay your rent online.
EMERGENCIES – Life threatening emergencies should be called into 911. All other non life threatening emergencies should be reported by dialing (510) 569-0722, then pressing 2 to get our 24/7 support service.
MAINTENANCE – All maintenance requests will be addressed based on priority. You may email maintenance requests to: maintenance@slpm.com, mail them to PO box 3725, San Leandro, CA 94578 or submit them via our tenant portal. Please note during this time due to restrictions in place set by the public health authorities, maintenance work will be contingent on maintenance personnel availability; emergency and habitability maintenance will be prioritized.
RENT – Rent is still expected in by the 1st and late by the 5th. Rents will be collected daily. Rent can be mailed to PO box 3725, San Leandro, CA 94578, dropped off in the rear drop slot or paid via your online portal.
Given the number of calls and correspondences we will be receiving, we ask you to utilize our email directory for fastest service.
